"The Lord put Lauren and this course in my path at the time I needed it most. When I first heard about her, I was freshly postpartum and so overwhelmed, within and without. I remember wondering how other ladies had more kids, and if I'd ever feel like I could have more than one! But by God's grace, over the last several months, I've learned how to manage myself and my time so much better, and it's made a huge difference in how I feel as a homemaker. Now my days have more structure, and I'm proactive in my home instead of reactive. I certainly haven't 'arrived' (and never will!), but I love watching God use this course and the Collective to help me grow into who He wants me to be."

"God, in His gracious wisdom, led me to Lauren's channel & course. I'm in the fall season of my life and my husband's caregiver, struggling to do it all. My home was suffering for it, and I didn't know how to get it under control. I tried a lot of popular methods and cute planners, but their routines never stuck because they weren't mine. This program is sticking. Lauren teaches biblically, with grace and experience, from the roots up, one rhythm at a time, and she gives us the ability to adapt it to our own homes. I thank God for bringing her, this program, and the Collective of wonderful, God-fearing women into my life."

"Before I found Lauren, my to-do list was overwhelming, and I felt like a failure. Her workshop helped me focus on the one most important thing, and that opened up my time so much for other things! Working through the Bare Minimum Blueprint helped me see I already have a lot of what I need in place, so I can relax and have fun instead of stressing all the time. It also helped me see the time windows where I can chip away at the rest of the list, a little at a time. I don't feel like a failure anymore. I feel like I'm growing, a little at a time, and that is such a hopeful feeling! Thank you, Lauren, for bringing God's Word and habit research together in a way that is so practical!"

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

It’s 5 o’clock, everyone’s hungry (or will be soon), and you still have no idea what’s for dinner. So it’s takeout or something from the freezer again.

  • You’ve tried the planners, the printables, and the perfect routines you found online, and none of it lasted past week two.

  • The dishes pile up all day, and the clean laundry never quite makes it back into drawers.

  • You go all in for a week, then crash and barely keep up with the basics.

  • A sick week, a trip, or a busy season knocks you off track, and you feel like you have to start all over again.

  • You feel like you’re carrying the whole household on your own.

  • Even when you sit down with the people you love, your mind is racing with everything that still isn’t done.

  • And somewhere deep down, you’ve started to wonder if you’re just not cut out for this.

You don't have to stay stuck here.

Homemaking is a skill, and skills can be learned. Most of us were just never taught. I sure wasn’t. And so much of the advice out there is built on the world’s version of productivity: do more, be more efficient, squeeze more out of every hour.

But that was never what God intended home to be, and it doesn’t last anyway. That’s why another planner won’t do it, and neither will another fresh start on Monday. You already know that, because you’ve tried.

And the weeks go by so fast. Every week without a plan that helps you steward your home well is another week of falling into bed weighed down by everything left undone.

Your time is precious. I don’t want you to spend these years just trying to keep your head above water. I want you to thrive in your role and enjoy your home. And it’s so much more within reach than you think.

AS YOUR RHYTHMS TAKE ROOT

Here's what you'll be able to do

  • get hours of your week back

The hours you used to lose deciding what's next and figuring it out on the fly start coming back to you. Your Bible-based rhythms and routines carry the load of the day, keep your home organized, and ease the overwhelm.

  • Get home-cooked dinners on the table without the 5 o'clock panic

No more standing in the kitchen at 4:30 wondering what to make. You'll have a simple meal rhythm that fits your household, so takeout goes back to being an occasional treat instead of a drain on your budget.

  • Keep your home running on the hard days

Your Bare Minimum Blueprint covers the basics: meals, laundry, and rest. The most important things keep going even on your hardest days, so one bad day doesn't send everything downhill.

  • Live by your priorities, not the tyranny of the urgent

You'll know your biblical priorities and build your rhythms around them. Your days start to reflect what God has called you to, not just whatever's loudest.

  • Build habits that actually stick

You'll have a framework that layers one rhythm at a time, which is how real, lasting change happens. And when something isn't working, you bring it to our monthly live Q&A and we figure it out together.

  • Get the list out of your head

Theme days give laundry, cleaning, and meal prep each a place in your week, and your rest day is protected on the calendar. Your mind finally gets some quiet.

  • Give your marriage some breathing room

A plan that works frees up your mind and bandwidth. And it gets so much easier to be present with your husband and invest in your marriage.

  • Share the load at home

If you have children at home, they'll start pitching in with age-appropriate chores, and you'll have the confidence to teach them these skills. The household load is shared.

  • Feel confident in the work God's given you

By the end, you'll have your own personalized home management binder, built and practiced lesson by lesson as you go through the course. It becomes the system your household runs on through every season, and you'll know how to come back when life knocks you off track.

I HAVEN’T ALWAYS KNOWN HOW TO RUN A HOME WELL...

When I left my job as a nurse practitioner to stay home with my kids, I had years of medical training and absolutely no idea how to run a home. I was busy from the second my feet hit the floor and still felt like I had nothing to show for it at the end of the day. I tried every planner and system I could find. Within a week or two, all of it would fall apart.

What finally changed things was focusing on one small rhythm at a time, grounded in Scripture, and based on what habit research tells us about how change actually lasts. It was slow. But over time, I stopped reacting to the day. I knew what the day needed, and when things fell apart (because they still do!), I knew how to get back on track.

Through this method (and by God’s grace), I’ve been able to manage meals, homeschool my children, cultivate my marriage, make time to rest, and steward my health with a consistency I never had before. And now I’m walking you through the same process, step by step.

I've now walked more than 200 women through this same process inside the Rooted Rhythms Method, and thousands of other women like you who have joined me on YouTube.

Christian · Wife · Mom of 6 · Homeschooler · PhD & FNP

Here's what that process looks like...

The 5 Stages of

The Rooted Rhythms Method

Start small. Take root.
Bear fruit.

Stage 1

Sow the Seed

Build the bare minimum that holds your home together, even on hard days

Stage 2

Take Root

Ground your homemaking in your God-given priorities

Stage 3

Bloom & Rise

Build your daily rhythms, from the first hour of the morning to the last

Stage 4

Bear Fruit

Spread your week across theme days, so you're not doing it all every day

Stage 5

Abide & Flourish

Keep your rhythms going through every change and season

These women were overwhelmed too. Here's what changed.

"I'm a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom to seven children—ages 14 down to 9 months—and I consider myself fairly experienced in those roles. Yet I've always felt like I could be doing things better: more organized, more joyful, more efficient, if only I could nail down a steady rhythm and routine. Lauren's YouTube videos and course were the perfect answer to that desire! Lauren has stepped into a huge need in our day, where so many women long to steward their homes and families well but don't have the framework to make it happen. She teaches clearly and speaks with grace, truth, and encouragement—and that combination is rare. I cannot recommend this course enough. It will bless you, your family, and even generations to come."

Tiana

Homeschooling Mother of 7

"This community and Lauren's course have given me a renewed hope! I've seen little changes come about in my life and home. I'm becoming more intentional. I've figured out a better laundry routine, I'm more consistent with my evening reset, and I'm getting better at meal planning and having a weekly reset. We were away on vacation recently, and because of my weekly planning journal, I didn't lose sight of what was needed when we got home. I even had a double batch of turkey chili waiting in the freezer. Usually the first day back is a complete write-off, but not this time! I'm realizing there's so much joy and so many blessings to be found right in my very season."

Chelsea

Mother of 4

"When I lose track of my day, I just go to the plan and figure out what HAS to be done next. It helps me refocus faster and keeps my frustration with myself minimal. I get more done and feel so much more empowered."

Why nothing has stuck so far...

Most homemaking advice comes in pieces: a meal plan here, a cleaning schedule there, a morning routine from someone else's life.

So we tackle each area of the home separately, and it starts to feel like a bunch of plates we have to keep spinning. When the mess piles up, we try to fix it all at once with willpower.

And willpower always runs out.

That's not a flaw in you. It's just how it works. You need something underneath the motivation.

That's what changes when you have one realistic, Bible-based plan for your whole home, where every piece works together. You're not juggling a dozen separate things or running on motivation anymore.

You have a plan to lean on.

Rooted RhythmsGet back on track after a hard week, without starting over

For me, it started with dinner. When I first came home, every night around 5, I had a clingy toddler, no idea what we were eating, and nothing started.

What finally helped wasn't a new meal planning system. I just started prepping dinner earlier in the day. One small thing. But it stuck, and it made our whole evening calmer.

That's how lasting change actually works.

Luke 16:10 says the one who is faithful in a little will be faithful in much.

And habit research says the same thing: big overhauls almost never last, but small things you repeat day after day eventually start to happen on their own.

One well-known study found it took people about two months for a new habit to feel automatic, and missing a day here and there didn't set them back.

So I'm not going to hand you a whole new life to start on Monday.

We start with one rhythm, give it time to take root, and build the next one on top of it. Here's how we do it together.

How it works

Simple steps, one rhythm at a time

01

Find your starting point

Take the five-minute Stage Finder to see where to begin

02

Build one rhythm at a time

Each lesson takes 10 minutes or less and ends with one rhythm to focus on at home

03

Keep growing, even on hard weeks

A monthly live call with me and women cheering you on, so you’re never starting over alone

By the end, you'll have a complete, personalized system for running your home, built around your priorities, your family, and your season of life, where all the pieces work together.

Here's what your first few weeks can look like:

In your first 14 days:

You'll build your Bare Minimum Blueprint, the simple daily rhythm that keeps your home running even on hard days, and get clear on your biblical priorities. Lots of women start living their Blueprint that very first week.

After that:

You'll layer on one rhythm at a time (mornings, evenings, meals, your weekly reset) at whatever pace fits your season. Some women move through a stage in a few weeks, and others take longer. That's okay. Small rhythms and habits that stick are the whole point.

And you'll have live support and the community for at least the first 3 months, so you're not doing it on your own.

Stage 5: Abide & Flourish

Keep your rhythms going through every change and setback.

We'll cover:

✓ Picking a rhythm back up after a sick week or a new baby, without starting over

✓ Recalibrating to your priorities when your days get busy

✓ Adapting (not giving up) when things get hard

Bonus Module: Seedling Rhythms (Children)

Bring your children into your home rhythms, so your family works as a team (and you can stop carrying everything alone).

We'll cover:

✓ Fewer battles when you ask your kids to do something

✓ Making learning fun for little ones with play-based training

✓ Knowing which chores each child can handle at their age

✓ A step-by-step way to teach any chore, so you're not redoing it after them

Is this a good fit for you?

This is a good fit if you've tried planners and routines that didn't last and you're ready for something that does. If you want help that's biblical and also practical enough for a regular Tuesday. And if you're willing to start small, smaller than you think you need to. It works in every season, whether you're newly married, chasing toddlers, homeschooling, working from home, caring for a loved one, or your kids are grown.

It's probably not a fit if you're looking for someone's perfect schedule to copy, or you're hoping to get your whole house in order this weekend. This is slower than that. But it lasts. This is a Paragraph Font

HI, I'M LAUREN

Wife · Mom of 6 · Homeschooler · PhD & FNP Happily Turned SAHM · Homemaking Mentor

Years ago, I left the workforce to come home with my children — eager to do it well, and completely unprepared. I had advanced degrees and a medical career behind me, and no idea how to manage a home or raise my children faithfully.

So I did what I knew how to do: I researched, sought mentorship, and learned from the godly women around me. Little by little, through trial and error, the rhythms began to hold. My home started to reflect my values. And I found real joy in a role I had once been drowning in.

I built the Rooted Homemakers Collective because I want to hand you the biblical and research-based framework that took me years to piece together — and save you the time, frustration, and hard days of figuring it out alone.

FAQs

What happens after I become a member?

You'll get instant access to the Rooted Rhythms Method and the Collective. You'll get two quick emails with your logins (one for the course, one for the Collective), plus a welcome email from me that walks you through your first simple steps.

How long does the program take?

It's self-paced, because every home and every season is different. Most women build their Bare Minimum Blueprint in the first 14 days. From there, you add one rhythm at a time, and the course is yours for life, so you can keep going at your own pace.

What happens after the first three months?

Your Collective membership continues at $27/month, and can be cancelled anytime. You keep everything inside the Collective for as long as you stay.

If I cancel my Collective membership, do I keep the course?

Yes! The Rooted Rhythms Method and your binder are yours for life. Canceling only ends your access to everything inside the Collective: the community, the live calls, the weekly check-ins, and the monthly themes.

What if I can't make the live call?

Every call is recorded, so you can watch the replay anytime.

I'm so overwhelmed right now. Is this really the right time?

Honestly, that's exactly who I made this for. The lessons are 10 minutes or less, and you only work on one rhythm at a time. You don't need hours of quiet. You just need a next step, and I'll walk you through it.

I'm not naturally organized or disciplined. Will this even work for me?

Yes. I built this for women who aren't naturally Type A. You don't have to become a different person. You just need a few simple rhythms that carry some of the weight for you.

Is this faith-based?

Yes! I'm careful not to exposit Scripture, because that isn't my place. But everything is rooted in biblical truth, with encouragement woven all the way through.

Do I need to have kids or homeschool?

Not at all. We have newlyweds and empty nesters in the Collective too.

Money is tight right now. How do I justify this?

I get it. We've lived on one income for a long time. But a home running on chaos costs more than we realize: more takeout, more waste, more stress spending. Simplifying meal planning alone saves our family more than $1,000 a year. And if it's not a fit, you have 14 days to get a full refund.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes! You can choose 3 monthly payments of $89 ($267 total) instead of $247 today. You get full access right away, and your payments finish before your Collective membership continues at $27/month.

I'm already in the Collective. What does this mean for me?

Nothing changes for you! You keep your $27 a month, with the Rooted Rhythms Method included, for as long as you stay.

You can begin where your home is today. Every Rooted & Well-Ordered Home Begins With One Small Step.

Ready to feel less overwhelmed and finally have a home that runs well?
